Poštová banka, a.s. is an Slovak retail bank, which offers its services within the chain of 24 branches and more than 1500 service points with its strategic partner Slovenská pošta, a.s. (The Slovak Post). In august 2005,Poštová banka acquaired remaining 33 % share on the capital stock of Prvá penzijná Asset Management and became its absolute owner. In 2007 the net profit of the bank was SKK 634,543 million under International Financial Reporting Standards.
