Dôchodková správcovská spoločnosť Poštovej banky, d.s.s., a.s. (former business name ČSOB, d.s.s., a.s.) commenced its business activities under the provisions of Act no. 43/2004 Coll. on retirement pension saving and in according with the license issued by Finacial Market Authority.

On 31st January 2011 the company Československá obchodná banka, a.s. as the sole shareholder ČSOB, d.s.s., a.s. concluded the share purchase agreement concerning the purchase of the pension fund management company ČSOB d.s.s., a.s. with Poštová banka. The transaction was completed on 17th may 2011.

In this regard, the business name of company ČSOB, d.s.s., a.s. was changed to the Dôchodková správcovská spoločnosť Poštovej banky, d.s.s., a.s. and became the member of the Group of Poštová banka.
